Love, Book of Job, and everything else...
Hey babes!
Today is Tuesday and I'm back from Six Flags. My roomate somehow got me to go on things I never would have even thought of going on. But I learned to conquer my fear of heights! (Okay, maybe not completely conquer, but just temporarily overcome). So far I am loving college. I haven't made too many friends yet to be quite honest, but I do have an awesome roomate and I have the cutest boyfriend- (Weird how that works huh? No friends but a boyfriend lol). I do really miss all of my friends from Cresco, and I know I will find some people here to confide in, but honestly, it's just not the the same at all. So more about this boyfriend. Hmmm, his name is Aaron and he is wonderful! He's completely different from all the assholes I've dated. He's older which is a huge plus in my book, and he makes me forget about everything crapy. We went to go see "The 40 year old virgin" the other night and it was hilarious! It was my pick so I was hoping it would be good. Tonight he is picking me up at 8 or so....(It sucks not having a car here of my own!). N e who- he's lovely :)
I just got done reading the book of Job for my theology class. I read that directly after I read Plato's version of Socrates' Apology. For those of you who have not had the great pleasure of reading those to pieces of whatever they are....all they are, are pages and pages of the same repeated crap from the page before it! Ick. That's all I have to say about that. On a more optimistic note, today at 1:00 I have my imaginative writing class. I love that class- of course! But then I have that stupid art class, which I never intend on using anyways. But I suppose I shoud let you all go so I can paint my toes and do my hair! Have a wonderful day everyone!
